The following are the main benefits:

New Scheduling Automation Engine

• Up to an ~80% reduction in scheduling automation time AND improved scheduling automation results

• Saves scheduler time by validating Master Plan scheduling rules before running the engine, thus preventing invalid scheduling requests. Fox will also recommend rule modifications (see image below)

• ~50% reduction in the number of clicks, saving planners time and improving their user experience

• Default values are used to reduce time entering information into scheduling requests

Shared Resource Enhancements

Different events can be attached to one resource, saving schedulers time and increasing resource utilization.

Task Notifications

Monitor all open tasks to ensure none are missed. Your personal and your team tasks – overdue and current – are all concentrated in one list.

Flight Schools Planning

For flight schools, we’ve introduced a new planning module which is tailored specifically to instructor needs. It enables short-term planning and quick responses to ad-hoc, last minute changes, and coordinates aircraft and instructor availability.
