Barak Kirmayer
CEO
Mr. Kirmayer has over 20 years of technology and managerial expertise and is passionate about the delicate craft of providing technological solutions to industry-leading companies. Barak joined Qualtero in 2015 (Britannica Knowledge Systems at the time). Since then, he has played a key role in leading the company’s strategic activities while working directly with customers to ensure their success.
Barak holds a BSC in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Adi Silagy
VP Engineering and Product
Adi joined Qualtero with a wealth of experience, having worked for the company for many years when it was still named Britannica Knowledge Systems. In his current role, Adi oversees our engineering and product management teams and is responsible for guiding our company’s growth and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Adi previously played key roles at Qualtero, leading customer solutions and product strategy and working with many customers.
Adi has over 18 years of technological and managerial experience and is passionate about providing solutions that solve real problems and make people and processes efficient. Adi holds a B.A, Learning Systems Technologies and Instructional Design from Holon Insitute of Technology
Danny Kaplan
VP Finance
Danny Kaplan is the Vice President of Finance at Qualtero. With over eight years of experience in financial planning and analysis, Danny has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability for companies across various industries.
Prior to joining Qualtero Company, Danny served as the Director of Finance at Publicis Group. At Qualtero, Danny oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
He is a strategic thinker and works closely with other members of the management team to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Danny is a registered CPA and holds a BA & MA in Accounting.
Gil Hassin
VP Customer Operations
Gil Hassin is a highly experienced professional in telecommunication, cyber, training, and learning management. Gil has made significant contributions to the growth and success of organizations by leveraging his expertise in building high-performing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In 2016, Gil joined Qualtero (formerly known as Britannica Knowledge Systems) with the mandate to establish and lead the Professional Services and Technical Support department. Gil’s academic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Michal Chen
VP Human Resources
Michal Chen has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field, focusing on building and strengthening the organization to support its activities and ambitious targets.
As an HR leader she promotes culture and core competencies implementation, supports the company’s growth, organizational development and is a trusted advisor for the company’s managers and employees.
Michal holds a B.A in Behavioral Science and M.A in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.
Yuval Sive
VP Sales and Marketing
Yuval Sive has 25 years of experience in the training and learning management industry. Yuval joined Qualtero (Britannica Knowledge Systems at the time) in 2000, tasked to establish the Professional Services and Technical Support department and build its team of professionals, with responsibility for customer satisfaction.
In 2005 Yuval transitioned to the Sales and Marketing department, which he leads today. Yuval holds an MBA in Business Administration and Information Systems from the College of Management Academic Studies.
