We are searching for a Technical Support Representative for a challenging and exciting role. The position includes decoding complex issues and working with Customer Success, Product and R&D departments to deliver a customer solution and system upgrades.

The position involves deep knowledge of the company’s product, various log analysis, working with DBs, operating systems, and Microsoft components, especially IIS and SQL servers.

You will be in continuous contact with customers, delivering regular updates, emergency response if needed, all under SLA.


  • US citizenship – a must
  • Technical support experience with mainly global customers
  • Technical support background and experience in solving complex technical faults
  • Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
  • Knowledge of SQL, including query writing – an advantage
  • Getting to know the cloud world (with emphasis on AWS)
  • Knowledge of networks and communication – an advantage
  • Languages – Fluent English (speech and writing) – must,  Spanish or Portuguese – an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while multitasking and meeting goals
  • Technological affinity and self-learning ability
  • Critical thinking – Keeping calm while facing challenges
  • Experience with around the clock service mode – an advantage.

Employment Structure:

Full time position

Shifts mode (09:00-18:00,12:00-21:00,16:00-01:00).

Minimum 5 shifts per week (Monday-Friday).

Overtime / Weekend Work Required: Nights/Weekends on-calls.
